The Justice Department's latest trove of files includes photos taken inside the bizarre structure which was first uncovered by drone footage of Little Saint James in 2019.
The cube-shaped building with blue and white stripes covering it has been the subject of speculation and conspiracy theories.
Photos inside the building show it in tough shape, including excess pieces of wood lying around and exposed cement panels.
Another photo shows a pair of mattresses that appear to have been left to rot inside a shrink wrap that has turned a shade of yellow.
The ceiling is hand-painted, showing various animals and even constellations behind a cloudy sky, as well as zodiac symbols.
A giant, empty wooden bookshelf appears to remain in good condition, though other pieces inside the room looked to be incomplete.
Everything previously known publicly about the building had been gleaned from aerial photographs, as the entire island is kept under tight security.
It's unclear when the photos were taken but a gold dome was believed to have been ripped off by a hurricane sometime before 2017.

But where the headline gets “sadistic” is unclear.
This has nothing to do with this story about a sadistic temple on 'Pedophile Island.' Why does the Daily Fail think it's relevant?
IMO, a lot more went on in that structure than old perverts abusing children, everything from an Eyes Wide Shut scenario to human sacrifice.
If you have money that you know what to do with, you are not going to be limited to just normal sexual behavior, you are perverted going there in there in the first place, fantasies beyond a normal human’s imagination take place.
If you killed someone on that island, who would know, the victims were basically sexual slaves while they were there.
Did all the girls make it off the island?
It’s been claimed that Epstein may have trafficked organs from some of the girls and not everybody made it home.

Thinking sadistic things may have happened there doesn’t make the cabana itself sadistic though, I don’t think.
The other way around would make more sense if there was evidence of the cabana being sadistic then people thinking sadistic things happened.
