For some really weird reason, the people who actually run Obama's X/Twitter account have "followed" over half a million people, which is almost completely unheard of even for a normal person, much less a celebrity.

If I were Obama himself, I would have given a directive to my social media team "stop following so many randos" a long time ago, because you're asking for stuff just like this.
