I buy Icelandic cod liver oil on AMZ. Iceland has the cleanest water in the world, so cod are really healthy. Atlantic Ocean fish are to be avoided, filthy water. Sad.

All my ocean fish are caught in NC.
My wife and I eat lots of smoked salmon from the NW.
She bought me a can as a reminder of my bachelor days
when my place smelled like fried fish or Zatarain’s.
