After a few seconds, Metcalf reached up, threw a punch at the fan with his closed right hand and walked away.
Because there was no flag thrown during the incident with the fan, the NFL cannot weigh in on a disqualification, which is why Metcalf could continue playing.

Surprised the NFL didn’t flag the Lions for illegal use of their fans face.
So Fury, are you saying it’s pushing a narrative to notice the disproportionate amount of crime, violence, and lack of self control some of us see in negroes? I told you in a another post a while back that everybody else doesn’t necessarily think like you. What’s racist to you is just a fact of life to people like me. You’ll never change folks like me, and there are plenty of us. Older people, smarter people, realists. People who don’t use slogans and talking points. Peope who were around since the beginning of this whole white guilt, black power, negro worshipping horses##t. We know what it’s all about, and are damn sick of it. Why not take a break from your whiney moralizing, look at the world around you, and educate yourself.

If you go to that link, the correct article w/ vid is in the sidebar. Or at least it was a couple minutes ago.
These vids “autoplay”, so it can be very easy when posting on FR to grab a link (address) that already changed on you.
As for the incident, the fan should be barred from attendance for at least 2 years, and Metcalf should get a hefty fine and publicly apologize to his fellow players and the Steelers (organization).
Because it’s usually blacks
Certain acts of spontaneity across culture
You’ll be ok fury
Like he cares? He signed something like a $132 million dollar contract.
Maybe my memory is getting bad, but I can’t remember the last time a white NFL player punched a fan. Hmmmmmm…..Maybe its because over 50% of.the NFL is black.
LOL...another Low-IQ post from you - it never ends!
It’d probably happen pretty often in the NHL, and maybe worse, but, they have that barrier to keep pucks from zotting fans...
He shoved the guy - who pretended to be a fan holding up a Steelers jersey and then taunted DK when he got close. Did not throw a punch. Fine him, but no suspension.
Not on my computer. No side bar at all.
I go straight to an article about the fight in the Eagles versus Washington Commanders game, and a link to THAT specific fight - not to the Metcalf fight.
I clicked on this FR post about 10 minutes after it posted, and the wrong link has not changed since I have been here.
My friends it appears the Steelers have an out in his contract after this season. They can cut him with a minimum cap hit. They can even go after some of his bonus money that’s been paid. The NFL punished him. Does the team want to play hardball?
The 49ers have the something with Brandon Aiuk. With all the money they put at risk you’d think the’d use their brain more.
Perhaps playing hardball would send a message throughout the league. Just look at how they’re made to face the press even after a tough loss and come up with something eloquent. It’s the NFL’s civic duty to force them to act professional so that others can ‘follow’. They’re not allowed to be themselves-can toy blame the employer?
