There’s a meme that’s posted on some threads with Yogi and BooBoo that has a caption at the bottom that reads BooBoo saying “It’s always them”.
The meme is posted almost exclusively on threads that report crime by black Americans.
It’s racist crap because it’s not “always them”. Not even close. But it’s a way to push a narrative.
Specific to the post stating “I’m with Boo Boo”, it’s a reference to that meme. It’s ignorant, but again it pushes a narrative.

But the net result is the same - an ignorant attempt to push that all / almost all crime being committed is by black Americans.
