The superstar, 36, made history after grossing a record $2billion in ticket sales for her career-spanning, 21-month Eras Tour - which consisted of 149 shows in 21 countries.
As a reward to her team, Taylor is said to have handed out more than $197million in bonuses to everyone working on the tour.
The Lover singer is notably a benevolent boss, and the moment she gives the mammoth bonuses to the performers and crew, complete with personal notes, is shown in her new Disney+ docuseries, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour/The End of an Era.
Those who received a bonus included truck drivers, caterers, instrument techs, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, make-up, wardrobe, physical therapists and video team members.
In a scene from the docuseries, one crew member reads aloud a personal note from Taylor revealing the unknown individual bonus amount - which is bleeped out.
Reading the card aloud, a crew member called Cam reads: 'Dearest Cam, we've travelled the world like we set out to do. We've dazzled the crowds but we've missed family too.
'My full gratitude doesn't come from a bank but here's a... [bleep] dollars just to say thanks. Love Taylor.'
The crew are all seen covering their faces at hearing the amount, with many breaking down in tears.

It comes two years after it was revealed that she shelled out $100,000 in bonuses for her truck drivers, who were responsible for hauling her equipment around the country amid the US leg of her tour.

Not a fan but you can’t beat that.
It may piss some people off, and while they certainly have the right to do whatever they wish with their money, some on “our side” like Rush, Hannity, etc who have accumulated great fortunes have so far done nothing to advance the causes that made them wealthy beyond their dreams. At least it sounds like Taylor Swift knows she didn’t get there on her own.
B) Knowing the music industry with a very long and proven history, many will be dead within six months.
She should have set that up in trusts with restricted distribution over time.

Oh they’ll be showing up. She has a long history of paying her people really well. Including bonuses to the tune of 100% at the end of tour legs. So they keep coming back.
The industry isn’t like that anymore. The sex drugs and rock and roll lifestyle killed too many, the folks that know how to run their show like a business, which Swift definitely does, have gotten those people out.

Taylor Swift is very feminine and hyper-emotional. She’s the type to gush over stray animals, and homosexuals posing as outcasts. I have no doubt she is kind and loving to people around her.
The problem is her outlook and that of tens of millions of women in America, have made what’s a personal and family ethos, into a misplaced national (even global) political effort, in service of a very destructive political ideology.
That’s an average of $19,700 per person. Although it sounds like some got a lot more. Whatever the case definitely generous of her to give them a bonus.

200 million is 10%. The bonus’ are a tithed.
Forbes estimates that after expenses (production costs, crew, taxes, venue costs, etc.), Swift could net roughly $465 million – $500 million from the tour’s core revenues (tickets + merch)
How do you know what their charitable donations are/were? Do you do their taxes? Perhaps they make them without needing to shout it from the rooftops?
