Is it just me or does anyone else see a pattern of journalists telling the reader “Here’s what it means”, “Here’s how it works”, “Here are the takeaways”, “Here’s why” and “Here’s what you can do”...I’ll give them something to do...Bend over!

Are they saying that it has to snow on Christmas day to be a white Christmas?
How often does it snow on Christmas day itself? Lots of places have snow on the ground on that date, but how often does it snow on Dec 25?
If they are saying it’s supposed to snow on December 25th to be a white Christmas, these events don’t happen very often anyway..
It has already snowed enough the last couple of weeks here in northwest Indiana so that, if it doesn’t happen to snow on Christmas, I am not going to miss it.

Yes. Same here. In central NC, we have had the coldest fall I can remember. Absolutely freezing. Expecting record cold 13 degrees tomorrow night as opposed to the usual mid 30s here.
My part of northern Illinois has gotten 2/3 of the annual snowfall already, and the temperature today and tomorrow will be under 10 degrees F. The last time we got this much snow by mid-December was 1978, and that winter people were shoveling snow off the roof of their house. Don’t want to relive that!
These folks have no vision, but at least the snow is a hot topic.

Gee that explains why we just had a week of 30 below zero temperatures and I have to go out and clean up a foot of snow today before our next round of 30 to 40 below zero temperatures. Idiots!
Oh, hell no. I’m sick of snow already with more on the way. Plus subzero temps.
