Statistics and reporting on statistics can be most interesting. For a borader picture....

By the metric of another site, Russia and the US are rather similar, circa 0.85 - 0.87 but what is interesting is to note that the UK stands at about 1.8, so more than double Russia or these United States. Germany is higher at about 1.9 and Norway is at 2.01. Hong Kong is about 3.71.

Cheapest, as if that is a metric worth cheering, is Libya at 0.028, but none of us would want to go there.....
