Tom Homan Looking at Ilhan Omar’s Immigration Files Over Alleged Fraudulent Marriage to Her Brother

Trump administration Border Czar Tom Homan said in an interview Monday night on Newsmax that he had asked for the immigration records of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) to be pulled for his review over allegations the Somali refugee married her brother to help him gain residency in the United States.

President Donald Trump brought up the allegation against Omar while speaking to reporters in the Oval Office last week.

Squad’ congresswoman Ilhan Omar told friends years ago that the man who went on to become her second husband was in fact her brother, DailyMail.com can confirm.

And now for the first time one of those friends has come forward to reveal exactly how Omar and Ahmed Elmi scandalized the Somali community in Minneapolis.

Abdihakim Osman is the first person to go on record to speak of how Omar said she wanted to get her brother papers so he could stay in the United States, at a time when she was married to her first husband Ahmed Hirsi.

But hardly anyone realized that meant marrying him.

“No one knew there had been a wedding until the media turned up the marriage certificate years later,” Osman, 40, exclusively told DailyMail.com.

Just at a glance, her immigration fraud may have been done too long ago to prosecute. Beyond the statute of limitations.

The supposedly mythical story was just mentioned somewhere today with “GOP wasting time on false accusation against Ilhan Omar” or something like that.

We are all impatient to get SOMEONE to be held accountable under the law. Hillary, Comey, Brennan, Ilhan....All are smiling arrogantly and so proud of themselves at high class parties.

Justice. Let’s see some.

She can say “I am so happy to learn from my mentor Hillary”.
BitBleach the records. Shred the physical ones. And rub it in to the GOP for being saps.

She already blamed the inefficiency of the FBI for not having the good investigative work to catch her countrymen. And the laws for not stopping the Somalis with “guardrails.”

Always someone else to blame.

There’s no general statute of limitations for immigration fraud, meaning authorities can revisit past misrepresentations at any time, potentially leading to permanent inadmissibility or denaturalization, though specific criminal charges for certain visa/document fraud may have a 10-year limit (18 U.S.C. § 1546) or be subject to the standard 5-year federal limit unless considered a “continuing offense,” which restarts the clock. For civil denaturalization, there’s no limit, but criminal denaturalization has a 10-year limit.

No General Limit for Fraud: Lying or misrepresenting material facts on immigration applications (like asylum, green card, or citizenship) creates permanent issues, with no time bar for discovery and action.

Civil Denaturalization: No statute of limitations for the government to challenge naturalization obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.

Passport/Visa Fraud (18 U.S.C. §§ 1541-1546): A 10-year statute of limitations for prosecution.

Continuing Offenses: Some immigration fraud is treated as a “continuing offense,” meaning the clock for prosecution starts when the offense is discovered or ends, not when it began (e.g., U.S. v. Krstic).

Criminal Denaturalization: Subject to a 10-year statute of limitations for prosecution.

Maybe so, but stripping someone of citizenship for fraud is not the same as prosecuting them for a crime. It seems there is no statute of limitations for “denaturalization” due to fraud. That would put her back in a country she doesn’t hate.

DENATURALIZE BOTH fraudulent siblings. Then deport them and those they brought with them.

Our people are not moving fast enough. They may be worrying about the pushback that comes when one of their own are threatened. Take the time to set up the case against her and emphasize marrying the sibling, an 80-20 issue. I’d even say the marriage was for real and we just don’t recognize it here. Suggest incest-ugh.

Throw her and ALL of the Somali grifters out (AND THE HORSES THEY RODE IN ON) !

Civil denaturalization is all that is needed to round them up on grounds of fraud and throw them out of the United States of America.

She speaks often with longing for her “beloved” Somalia.

Load her, and her fellow Somali fraudsters in Minnesota, onto chartered airliners and jet them back to Mogadishu. They can all arrive, kneel and kiss the sacred sand of their “precious” Somali homeland in a matter of mere hours.

Post those emotional videos of their homecoming on TikTok so we can ALL shed tears of joy for their arrival home.

The title of Ilhan’s Mogadishu return video must be: “BLACKHEART DOWN.”

Why would consummation be relevant to fraud?

Do you have to prosecute to revoke citizenship due to criminal activity?

Nobody can touch anyone who’s black and in govt. Don’t we all know that by now? They’re teflon because of their skin color no matter what they do.

Letticia James and Fani Willis are a couple of good recent examples.
