I’m 77 if it matters. The most desirable AA5s used octals, so that’s why I picked them.
Do you still have the Altair 8800? They are worth some serious money now. I actually sent away for information, but it didn’t seem worth the price then. There is one for sale right now on eBay for $5K. I did eventually sell the sales literature for $50, however.

Old jazz records are highly collectible. I have quite a few myself. I also like old hillbilly records.

Blacks should be prohibited from using any of those things, or the versions of them that grew over the years until now.
They all were invented by white folk.

I actually did! They did a local appearance at my middle school in Oceanside, NY, in the 1960s. They played against a team made up of the teachers in the school gymnasium! I was a child, but maybe they played against their usual nemesis, the Washington Generals, who allowed the school's gym teachers/coaches to play for the Generals to generate school spirit.
The Globetrotters won, of course!

Who remembers the first color TV broadcast by RCA’s three color system?I do. The guy a few houses down worked for RCA on the color TV system, and he had a prototype color set on temporary loan. January 1, 1954, he called my parents and said to get to their house at a certain time. I had no idea why, but we got to watch the Rose Bowl parade in color. Very few people got to see it in color.

4-Track tapes came before 8-track. They actually had better sound, but could only hold half the music. Which is why they lost out.

I still have some 3.5” diskettes and an external reader. I should crank that up soon and see what’s on them.
