He’s dead. The case apparently wasn’t investigated because he died, and she left for Israel. Those are the facts presented in this video. Those are the reasons that she alleges. Believe. Don’t believe. Trees.

You haven’t had missiles landing a few blocks away, special delivery from Iran, leaving a big crater on a small commercial strip across the street from a park I used to do my workout in, and that crater’s still not filled up, just walled off. She’s not making any claim. This would not make a viable lawsuit against the District Attorney’s Office. He’s dead, and even if he did say that, it would not be a tortious act done on behalf of the DA’s office, or that the DA’s office tacitly allowed. There’s also no damage. She didn’t get killed or even injured by the stalker. No cause of action. Just a moot point over whether she’s telling the truth or not. Whether or not she is, this video is her story, told two years later.

Had you listened to the video, you would know that. She was turned off first by DeBlasio’s stupid circle jerk pep rallies, which included public readings the Mueller Report as if it were poetry, and many other idiotic things. She was turned off by the way both Republicans and Democrats ganged up on her and did expensive lawfare to get her off the ballot, the Dems’ many instances of privately expressed but blatant anti-Semitism, and the dead DA’s outburst was just the final straw, even though she did convince him to investigate the stalker who was trying to kill her, and the rank cynicism among Albany insiders. 2. I’m not a victim. The missiles are lifte-threatening, sure. But my point is that she stayed here despite them, which is not a publicity stunt. It meant that her commitment to Israel is real. Many native born Israelis after October 7 high-tailed it to Cyprus and points west. She stayed. I stayed. The committed people stayed, which indicates to me that despite anything in her past to the contrary, to which you allude, her aliya is sincere, because she’s still here, and doesn’t have to be, as am I.

I am not a victim, and neither is she, because we have a choice. She explains why she’s still in Israel by choice, and why she is no longer a progressive.
My choice is similar, although I left the progressive plantation ages before moving to Israel. I deny that Jesus was the Messiah. I deny the second coming. It’s been 2,000 years. He should either put up or shut up. I deny that Satan is an independent adversary. He’s the cosmic equivalent of a narc, entrapping, prosecuting, and executing punishment. That’s all in a day’s work for the Big Boss with the inefable name. I deny the Trinity. There is one G-d, who constantly creates the world and everything in it, and all higher worlds, constantly. I deny that immaculate conception is based on anything more than a badly translated word from Hebrew into Greek in Isaiah 63. I deny that the 613 Mitzvot are obsolete. I deny that Jesus, or anybody, died for anybody else’s sins. I deny that anyone has replaced Am Yisrael as G-d’s chosen people. Believe me, the job has huge downsides. But it’s ours, and we can’t avoid it.
But I do not dislike Christians or hate Christianity, any more than I hate Hinduism or Buddhism, and I do respect the validity of many things that Jesus said. If you have a problem with that, too bad. I may have a splinter in my eye, but you have a beam in yours. I don’t make a big thing of it. We can all agree to disagree about our respective cosmological notions, and concentrate on the temporal issues with which politics are meant to deal.
If Muslims just did their five-time-a-day hoky-poky thing, played with their beads, refused to eat pork, had Sabbath on Fridays, had their women voluntarilly dress according to their code, and made a pilgrimmage to Mecca, I’d be good with them. I am good with many of them. But with the world-conquest, kill-all-infidels, humiliate the “people of the books (Jews and Christians),” grooming gangs, and honor-killing uppity daughters and sisters, I have a big problem.

Diane Neal did some bad things. I logically and with evidence proved that she did some bad things in the past. Therefore, nothing that she is doing now can be any good ever. That is your fallacy, where your “logic” falls apart.
You preclude the possibility of redemption, proven by her actions. She’s no longer a dillitant, and she’s no longer progressive. The proof is in her staying in Israel despite the war. You think that’s “playing the victim card”. I doubt you’ve ever been on the same continent as a war. It brings out the best and the worst in anyone. Whatever you thought you knew about yourself at the start of the war, you will be real by the end of it, unless you bugger out. Since she withstood it with me, I am more inclined to believe her story, because it also involved the horribly corrupt New York Uniparty’s abominable behavior, which has been directed at our billionaire POTUS, and is likely to have been directed at her as well because she, too, dared to leave the Demoncrazy Farty and run as an Independent, and because the leftoids have been consistently anti-Semitic for years, as I know from my own experience.
