Tubal ligation is reversible, as is vasectomy, however the ligation reversal procedure is much more involved (hospital+general anesthesia vs. outpatient+local) and has a lower success rate.
Both do have the power to reverse them selves on their own. Even this is not 100% but it’s better than average birth control.
