Eros is visible now, on Sunday, November 30, 2025, as it is passing by Earth at a distance of about 60 million kilometers (37.2 million miles). It is bright enough to be seen with a small telescope and will appear near the center of the Andromeda Galaxy, making it a unique viewing opportunity.
