You would be surprised at the range of peoples anthropologically classified as Caucasian.
I have always hated having to check "Caucasian" on forms that ask about race. I have no Georgian, Ossetian, Chechen or Azerbaijani ancestors.
I assume it would be everyone who is not classified as black or Asian.
