On Thursday, I wrote that leftist judges on the bench are creating a form of tyranny, for they have arrogated to themselves the constitutional power of the Executive branch of government. There is no more balance. According to the Democrat appointees on the bench, none of Trump’s actions are solely within the discretion of the democratically elected chief executive. Instead, all are subject to judicial review and approval.
The day after I wrote that essay, Trump issued a statement via Truth Social voiding every document that was signed with an Autopen during Joe Biden’s presidency and threatening Biden along the way: (snip)
Voiding all of Biden’s Autopen signatures doesn’t just end policy Executive Orders. In theory, it also ends every judicial nomination Biden made, from Ketanji Brown Jackson on down. (snip)
Naturally, the matter will end up before the Supreme Court, and that’s where things get interesting. Jackson will have to recuse herself, leaving a six-to-two conservative majority. If the conservative justices were like leftists and ruled solely according to their political orientation, all those leftist federal judges, including Jackson, would be gone.

Dreaming. Biden held a press conference announcing her nomination. So even if it was autopen, there is proof he approved it.
There is no chance this is going to work.

No court would support it. No congress would support it.

The point is that it was never done!!!
The autopen had no authority to sign for pardons, etc. with no presidential authorization. The person who made the autopen sign the signature should be tried, convicted, and sentenced for treason.
Good luck with that. Nothing will ever be done. Trump is blowing smoke.

None of the 237 Biden Judges can rule on this, they will all have to step aside.
Biden will just say he authorized it.
The person who did it will say they had Biden’s permission.
Or, they’ll both say nothing.

She was voted in by the senate. So I doubt that some signatures are going to make a difference.

All 50 Democrats and three Republicans—Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, and Mitt Romney—voted to confirm her.
The claim for bipartisanship was three RINOs.
