Who cares? Kraft Mac and Cheese is not the same and is worse from when I was a kid. The closest thing I have found to what we had the 70’s is the blue box Mac and Cheese at Aldi for only $0.54. There is also a jar of cheddar cheese powder you can buy that can make the Mac and cheese taste more like it used to.

Cheap food for poor people is now being re-packed and marketed to the people who are into "povertycore" which is something I never knew existed. But it creates a demand for the food which is usually never eaten.
