I don’t know. I’ve put ketchup on ham cheese and mushroom omelets before. Definitely on hash browns. Just made a couple of sausage and egg breakfast burritos with plenty of salsa.

For turkey dinners, lots of gravy for me.

Suggest you stick to the low sodium ketchup.....regular is loaded with it.

Try a small amount of sweet chili sauce in omelettes.
I stir fry finely chopped red & yellow peppers, onions, fresh garlic & jalapeno peppers & mushrooms, then add scrambled egg, turn down heat and cook for 5 minutes in a covered pan. Oh always add cooked ground Italian sausage to egg, it is the key ingredient for tasty omelette.
