The ex-mistress of Eric Schmidt has accused the former Google CEO of rape and spying on her with hidden cameras while she was naked — even as he allegedly subjected her to creepy surveillance and humiliating comments at the tech startup they operated together.
Michelle Ritter, a 31-year-old tech entrepreneur, detailed the allegations in a filing last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming 70-year-old Schmidt subjected her to sexual battery, harassment, domestic violence, and violations of computer hacking and wiretapping laws.
Last month, The Post broke the story of the bitter legal spat, which stems from a relationship that began in 2020 and soured with allegations of abuse and corporate betrayal, highlighting the perils of personal entanglements and high-stakes business in Silicon Valley.
In last week’s bombshell filing, Ritter claims that the billionaire tech titan raped her on a yacht in November 2021.

Ms Ritter may need reminding that she was a Mistress, and not a Wife. A Mistress is not as likely to be treated with the same respect and personal regard as a man would typically treat his Wife. That doesn’t justify any or all manner of treatment, but with less legal and moral commitment, the man’s behavior will differ.
Assuming that she is a discarded gold digger if I was Schmidt I’d rather pay lawyers than her. What are her damages?
she’s 31 and he’s 70? That’s on her to get involved in the first place.
Based on this pukes picture, I would not waste my time take pictures of her in the nude.
And considering the wealth involved and massive age difference, I’d say she’s a gold digger and the claims are most likely false or overly exaggerated.

I wonder: How far apart in time were these incidents? It is quite possible he was a creep. But then why didn’t she just cut off contact after the supposed rape? And after each “abuse” incident, she just kept coming back. We all know why.
Plan A was to become his wife.
Plan B was to use his influence/money to launch her own career.
Plan C was to sue him.
Sort of like how Anita Hill kept herself in Clarence Thomas’s orbit despite his (supposed) creepy behavior.
And, yes, regardless of the actual evidence, he will be writing a check to make it all go away.

Like Bill Gates, Eric has long enjoyed a reputation as a lecherous perv. These uber-nerds who were most likely completely luckless with women in their youth discover that their extraordinary wealth has cured their earlier deficiencies, at least with a certain type of woman with dollar signs in her eyes. There’s likely a fair amount truth to this woman’s claims regarding Eric’s voyeurism and abusive behavior. Pervs are gonna do what pervs are gonna do. And yet it’s hard to feel sorry for the young lady. When you choose to dance with the devil, don’t cry when the devil turns out to not be a nice guy.
Along with the likes of Harvey Weinstein, what do Gates and Schmidt have in common? Big-time Democrat donors. Not to say that all conservatives are saints, but overwhelmingly leftism is the political ideology of the sexual libertine.
