Just a couple years back a man actually DUG UP A SEA TURTLE NEST and was arrested months later...........
In general, online mob mentality is pretty out of control tho.
We used to release sea turtles on the beach in Fort Lauderdale, so many would get crushed trying to cross A1A.

Oh that’s terrible. And not even comparable to this guy in the video. I recall seeing nests when visiting Siesta Key years ago (probably 20 years ago. Geez the years go by fast). The nests were clearly marked.
This isn’t the only incident.........
