I am sorry but it was never accepted as canon. The book of Enoch is NOT quoted in the Bible.

Enoch in Jude 1:14-15
True. It was accepted as truthful Scripture in Jesus’s day is what I meant.
Jude 14–15:
“Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: 'See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.'”This prophecy appears nowhere in the Old Testament; it is found almost word-for-word in 1 Enoch.
Enoch 1:9 (R.H. Charles translation):
“And behold! He comes with ten thousand holy ones to execute judgment upon them, and to destroy the impious, and to convict all flesh of all that the sinners and the impious have done and wrought against Him.”
Since the Old Testament records almost nothing of Enoch’s words, Jude’s quotation shows that early Christians were familiar with the Enochic writings circulating in their world.
And although the Book of Enoch wasn’t included in the Hebrew canon, fragments were found among the Dead Sea Scrolls, demonstrating that it was read and respected by some Jewish groups during the time of Jesus.
