What you do not understand is the dems are working in tandem. What Kelly said is true and is in the handbook. But what isn’t in the handbook is other dems like pritzger and mayor Johnson saying and telling people that what Trump is doing is illegal. You see Kelley and his group is merely planting the seed while the other dems are cultivating it. Then you have the main stream media spreading it.

In a way, they are doing the old Clinton “It depends on what the meaning of is is.”
If they coordinate their statements artfully, if they each say just enough, but not too much, then they think they can cohesively say outrageous stuff and get away with it because the specific statement from each specific individual is technically just fine. It’s an real art.
