Classrooms across the European Union are about to change. A new decision folds climate education into the EU’s 2025 climate plan, from kindergarten through the end of high school in all 27 member countries.
Students will not just hear about distant ice melt or heat waves. They will learn how climate science, local impacts, and job skills fit together as part of the European Union’s official response to the climate crisis.
For young children, future lessons are likely to connect local weather, food, and energy use to simple climate ideas, instead of treating the subject as a one off event near Earth Day.
As students grow older, climate content can appear in science, geography, economics, and civics classes, so they see how physics, politics, and finance intersect in real decisions.
Young people today often face a firehose of news about extreme weather, politics, and claims about climate change from many sources.
Without strong climate literacy, basic understanding of how the climate system works and what different solutions look like, it can be hard to judge what to trust.
For students who worry about climate change, lessons that explain causes, impacts, and solutions can offer a sense of control instead of helplessness. Clear information, practice in civic skills, and real projects in communities can help turn anxiety into action instead of anger or denial.
As the new European climate plan moves from paper to practice, students from five year olds to teenagers will see climate change turn up not only in science class but across their school day.
If governments follow through, climate education will start to look less like a special topic and more like a basic skill for life in the twenty-first century.

The legacy populations of Europe are in a similar situation to young white men in the U.S. As with the seemingly endless streams of movies about the Nazis (even 80 years after V-E Day) and Holocaust museums in many large cities, the government sanctioned propaganda has the opposite effect of what was intended. Anti-Semitism is at the highest level in decades, possibly the highest since 1940. Likewise, the reaction against the COVID lockdowns, the attempts to mandate the COVID shots, and Big Tech censorship of anti-medical establishment dissent has led to widespread distrust of mainstream medicine and greater popularity of alternative medicine.
The leaders and bureaucrats of the EU, typical of globalists and communists, still believe in the repetitive model of spreading lies and censoring opposition. This model is failing.
For durable brainwashing that can last a lifetime, the ages 5 through 7 are key. In the 1970s, the government schools brainwashed this age group for patriotism and anti-communism, and it worked, even for Demonrats. Since then, the government has grown so big it's become a self-licking big business ice cream cone that writes all the national laws to benefit itself. Now they brainwash for anti-patriotism, can't loot what you love, and pro-socialism on the way to a big government centralized planned economy.
Climate change is a religion. Forcing their religion on others is wrong.
The brainwashing begins early.
We don’t need no education,
We don’t need no thought control, ...
“Destroy those souls! They can’t enter life happy or our way of life is threatened!”
The climate scam has passed it's peak.
Savvy leaders are moving on to other more profitable hoaxes.Yet ignorant suckers linger on tilting at windmills.
When I was in kindergarten, we learned about Bozo the Clown.
So these countries allow teaching religion in school. How interesting.
I suspect that it has always been there; but now it's more out in the open.
Oh well, Europe is done...In some countries I’ve heard that Homeschooling is ILLEGAL.
Grooming for climate grifters.
