Yup. I had duty at Henry ford Macomb and can remember them in the tiny wooded area adjacent to the hospital. They also like to use the drainage tunnels on Hall road to get across the street.

Careless proofreading if nothing else. A very good piece of advice I got long ago was to read something aloud, not just read it, before turning it in.
Lots here in west Michigan, with over 10 acres of heavy woods, mostly oak, lots of acorns, their favorite food. And many coyote hunters so they don’t have too many predators.

Our neighborhood had a flock of over 200. They could jam the road heavily.

One day I watched the local PD try to herd a flock back into the woods. They were blocking traffic on a four lane road.
I opened my window and volunteered to solve the problem if they’d just wait till i went home and got my shotgun.
They declined my offer.
