EXACTLY. Russia knows nothing of it because it was dreamed up by some Neocon Think Tank and tossed into the media. ANYONE who understands the Russian position knows it’s just another hairbrained attempt to get Russia to capitulate. They’re not that dumb, not by a long shot.
And Ukraine doesn’t get a say in how the war will end, they’re just the mercenaries fighting for the Neocons...and now Trump (no different than Wagner fighting for the Russians). The war will end when Trump and Putin agree on a plan to end the war, no sooner no later. It’s THAT SIMPLE.

Territory is one part of this war. Putin wanting to kill civilians and destroy cities is another part. A 3rd part is Putin wants to be the dictator of the millions of people who live in Ukraine. Ukrainians were free people just like everyone is in the USA. Then Putin invaded and wanted to put them under his power.
And now this PLAN wants Ukraine to cut their military in half??? Putin invaded and Trump wants him to be the victor...

So it is “neocon” to support this peace plan and “neocon” to oppose it.
As if Russia would ever pay a dime. Anyone who thinks this would ever happen should see the man over there about a bridge for sale.
It insults the intelligence of anyone who has ever studied Russian behavior. They are about one degree above the Arabs when it comes to making deals they never intend to abide by.
