When Europe goes to war with Russia, they will not require the military to fill out customs declarations as they cross borders within the EU.
Tanks, missiles, artillery and most combat weapons could be exempt from EU customs declarations if the plan by Brussels moves forward.
Additionally, under the proposal most drivers of military equipment may even be permitted to exceed the limits on driving times and rest periods, should the fight against Russia require extended physical effort.
The newly proposed objective is to empower European soldiers to make independent decisions without having to fill out the customary paperwork, requiring prior approval from the European Commission before affixing their bayonets. The EU wants to work out the details before they begin military operations against the Russian Federation.

As far as the "will not require the military to fill out customs declarations", I am reminded of the joke about the French customs agent giving the WW2 vet a difficult time because the vet was having trouble finding his passport.
Pretty much thinking any US military assistance should be limited to helping Hungary resist efforts by the EU to force them to bring in more 3rd world rapefugees.
Like the EU is actually going to take on Russia. If they attack Russian forces, that puts their cities in play.
If they get in a serious fight they don’t have the power to prevail. And if by some miracle they succeed in becoming a serious threat to Russia...they get nuked.
It’s an idiot’s game.
The eu has become the laughing stock of the world. (Yes, I purposely did not use caps)
The EU/Globalists crave and need a war
Always have and always will.
European NATO countries tried a training deployment - war game type stuff, a few thousand French and others were to move supplies and mechanized units into Romania for a dry-run.
It was a total CF from beginning to end, mission not accomplished. Everything from loading vehicles onto railcars to being able to move to the objective failed. They couldn’t even get through Germany because of infrastructure limitations. Same once they finally made it to Romania - way past the intended timeframe.
Clown-level fail.
It is disturbing how eager Europe is to go to war. Haven’t seen anything like it since 1914.
