Condolences to the family of this man who apparently was well loved by many.
No he was killed by the person who used a gun to murder him.
If he had used any other weapon to kill him the results would have been the same.
The term gun violent is just used tp promote gun control.
gun violence is also teens, jogger, knife man, aspiring musician, athlete, etc. These things are also either completely random or an effect of mental imbalance. Also, they “din’t do nuffin” and were all good boys. The police are always befuddled, and bamboozled as to motive, which of course there is never one.
Considering it was less than 24 yours ago, it's safe to say that your "why" won't come out until a full investigation is completed.
As to your "how", I'm going out on a limb here and say it was likely a firearm.....I know, that's a stretch.
