NYC is in financial trouble even if no one leaves.
Deep State is replacing makers with takers.
And neither NYC nor NYS can print money.
Deep State is choosing to flush faster for some unfathomable reason.
The only explanation I can think of is that Deep State is going to have federal taxpayers cover the city’s losses.
I hope mandami gives it to New York GOOD AND HARD, then doubles down and gives it to the rest of the democrat party GOOD AND HARD.
I am sure some of these bleeding heart liberal billionaires will kick in some extra funding to get socialism up and running in NYC😂
This idiot thought the recognition that a state or city pays more into the federal government than it takes out was from anything but the individual federal taxes of those who live there?!?
The thing I don’t see mentioned very often is his agenda all needs to go through boards, panels, committees and votes. Theres no guarantee of anything right now. Id really love for entire plan to be implemented but even some democrats might put the brakes on this nonsense.
I can’t wait to see the offerings in Mamdani’s free grocery stores. I’m sure everything will be plant based, organic, gluten free, and without using any peanuts, milk, or soy, and of course halal.

I use Duck Duck Go for my browser. It has ad and pop-up blockers. I don’t see any ads, but on my browser address line, I get indications of numerous things being blocked. For American Thinker I am showing “We blocked Google, The Trade Desk, Microsoft, Magnite and 12 others”. And Duck Duck Go is free.

I think as people move out of the city, the left will acquire the properties for their individual gain. This is DeBlahblah’s playbook. It’s the same with California after the fires. Government leftists are picking up properties for pennies on the dollar, using the “low cost housing” argument.

If Mamdani were smart, he’d quietly ask those boards to overrule him. That would get him out of trying to fulfill his insane campaign promises.
