Maybe air travel is not sufficiently miserable and degrading. Maybe female travelers need to be patted down by sexually deranged men:
A trans-identifying male TSA officer at the Dulles International Airport is suing for the right to pat down female travelers, according to a lawsuit filed on Friday.
Danielle Mittereder is alleging in his lawsuit that the Transportation Security Administration, which operates under the Department of Homeland Security, is violating his civil rights due to its implementation of President Donald Trump’s executive order ordering that the male-female sex binary be affirmed in all federal government roles.
Mittereder alleges that it is “sex discrimination” that only female agents are allowed to pat down female passengers. He says this causes him “fear, anxiety, and depression.”
The oppression of Mr. Mittereder goes beyond not being allowed to touch the private areas of women and little girls.
Mittereder takes particular umbrage at being barred from female-only facilities like bathrooms.
If Democrats prevail, bullies like Mittereder will get their way. Society will have to adapt to their derangement.

Claim your a female, scream discrimination against a tranny, and save your money.
I was thinking the same thing!
Remember that one guy in a dress who went through TSA security? The female agent was patting him down. She got between his legs and felt something odd and squeezed hard trying to figure out what it was, she found out when he screamed! NUTS! I posted that a few months ago. The agent ran into the women’s bath room because she was upset then the guy ran into the same bath room because he was in pain!
Denied. Men pat down men, women pat down women. No one has any rights in this aspect.
55% of women voted for this. I feel bad for the rational 45%.
She should have kicked him in the crotch when he came in and told him “concealed weapons are not allowed in the Women’s Room”. 😉
How about this, you put your hands on my wife, daughter, granddaughter, i will rip them off and feed them to you in little pieces. Does that sound fair?
At first I thought this was a heterosexual man (aka normal) until I saw the spelling of his name. Danielle is a feminine for Daniel the masculine version. This wing-nut has no chance of winning a lawsuit and he should be fired for being so stupid and a pervert to boot.
under the lefty ‘my body my choice’ rule, it’s not up to the TSA tranny whether he gets to pick or whether it’s his civil rights that are violated, it’s up to the female traveler. Not to mention, if the tranny refuses to pat down a muslim woman, then he’s guilty of discrimination/failure to treat women equally. He’s too dumb to realize he’s trying to play a lose, lose game
I disagree. Men have the right to be patted down by men and women by women, although I wouldn’t argue against being patted down by a women.
I wouldn’t argue against being patted down by a women.
Only after she rides through the Xray machine while I watch the screen. Can’t be too careful these days.
Same here. Mega-dittos.
Roger that.
I don’t mind flying, But I hate airports, car rentals, the whole hassle involved, waiting in lines, delays, cancellations, the wrong rental car, etc., etc. I don’t mind driving, would drive all over this country, plenty to see in the good ole U.S.A.
He wants his civil rights violated - I’m sure there are plenty of people willing to take care of that for him.

If any employees claimed doing their assigned job caused “fear, anxiety, and depression”, what would a normal company do to them? Would that be considered with cause?
