It's astonishing how many people don't know the difference between an ancestor and a descendant.
I've seen people on national television make that same mistake -- calling their ancestor a "descendent".
We descend from our ancestors.
They descended from their ancestors.
Our descendants are our children and grandchildren, etc.
We will (hopefully) become ancestors of our descendants.

There's nothing I hate worse than being preached to by Leftists pretending to know something about my history.
They know nothing outside the borders of their own Leftist bull scheist.
I suspect though a lot of school districts will require their students to watch it, and will test them on it.
