Why do these kids need Narcan as well? Good grief it's bad enough they are pushing the Plan B on them but Narcan?

I mean I remember my college daze. At the end of the weekend our dorm's trash can was so full of beer cans I could have made a fortune at the recycling plant if there was one near, but those kids never needed Narcan!

Nonsense! They might as well also dispense cyanide capsules for MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying). That would have about as much to do with "reproduction" as Narcan.

But horse tranquillizers, for those "recalcitrant" college girls - that would make sense.
