No, Rep. Tim Burchett has advocated for releasing Epstein files, cosponsoring H.Res.577 demanding it and pushing subpoenas. However, he voted with Republicans against a Democratic procedural motion (211-210) to force immediate DOJ release, calling it a partisan stunt. His office says he supports full transparency.
