We are pretty much clouded over here at the New Jersey shore. Hopefully the clouds will clear by the evening.

We saw the Northern Lights from our farm in upstate NY in the ‘40’s and ‘50’s...our dad told us kids it was sun shining off icebergs and we of course, believed him...had he ever steered us wrong?

Last night was too bright for my location. I might try a darker location tonight.

The northern lights were really bright last night here in Minnesota. I heard it was supposed to be even stronger tonight. Hoping the clouds stay away.

And I missed it last night although the cloud cover didn’t help and tonight is also supposed to be overcast, as usual.

They were visible in Texas but I didn’t know about them. I will look again tonight.

Visible in Eastern California last night, Winter Storm Watch tonight with clouds.
To: Red Badger
About 20 years ago I saw them here in the foothills of the Sierra, which is 300 miles south of the Oregon border. Alas, storm coming in tonight, so won’t get a second chance tonight
