This is exactly why locked-down mental institutions need to be opened back up - to protect the rest of us.

The man's social worker told officers that he is nonverbal and autistic. Police cited him for assault. He was released on a $375 bond and is scheduled to appear in Parma Municipal Court on Nov. 19. Arm your selves my friends, a mentally deficient fully grown 37-year-old man brutally attacks a child and is arrested but is not held, he is not sent to the booby hatch (5150 danger to him self and others) is not held and IS given minimal bail.
The judge lives in a gate guarded community or has a police response time under 10 minutes so he doesn't give a dam about the rest of us.
What happens to the judge who let him out and the wacko attacks another child and kills them?..........What happens to the judge? NOT A DAM THING!
The court are a revolving door, judges have little or no accountability in real time, arm your selves my friends so when animals like this attack children they will be met with deadly force in self defense.
