GENESEO, Ill. (KWQC) - A Davenport woman was arrested after police said she was found inside the walls of a Geneseo business.
Caleigh A. Gottsche, 26, of Davenport was arrested and charged with:
Burglary, Felony criminal damage to property, Criminal Trespass to property
Gottsche was taken to the Henry County Jail. Police told KWQC they are looking for two more people.
A business owner in the 100 block of South State Street reported hearing a loud noise from the ceiling or attic area of their business around 5:30 p.m., according to a media release from the Geneseo Police Department.
Officers searched the business and heard a noise but couldn’t find where it came from, officials said, and left the business before 6 p.m.
Around ten minutes later, the owner reported hearing more suspicious noises from a different area of the business. Officers came back and started checking both the caller’s business and other businesses in the same block, officials said.
While searching officers said they heard whispering and movement coming from inside structure areas around them.
Around 6:30 p.m., officers were able to talk to Gottsche who was between the interior walls of a business and firefighters were able to safely get her out from between the walls.
Police learned multiple businesses in the South State Street area had damaged potential access points on their shared roofs.
A KWQC crew on scene said the road was blocked off with barriers between second and first street and there were several fire trucks as of about 10:30 p.m.
Looking for that rock of fillintheblank favorite drug that she swore she still had.
What till they finally find "Sofa Woman" and "Couch Man!"
Or "The Human Chair."

Regards,
You won’t believe how hard criminals work to make little money.
A lot of them if they spent the same time doing honest work they be far better off.
“Sweep yer chimney for a tuppence, Guvenuh?”
I once spent a year flunking every class at J.D. Darnell Jr. High in Geneseo. I think I set a school record for being expelled.
Just when you think TV sitcoms are bad this happens.
The false eyelashes are a nice touch with the blackface.
