There are two types of beneficiaries this kind of fraud involves that brings up a moral dilemma: Adults who willfully invaded the nation versus sick babies in an American hospital through no fault of their own, and in a NICU the latter can be REALLY expensive.

Don't get me wrong: I don't think the latter are legal citizens, but legally, that is up for consideration before the SCOTUS. Morally is another matter once their parents are here. I just don't think it a simple matter and don't have good answers other than to deport them once the kid is out of immediate jeopardy.
