Vice President JD Vance weighed in on the mystery of UFOs this week, suggesting that some unexplained phenomena could reflect "spiritual forces" influencing the physical world.
Speaking with New York Post columnist Miranda Devine on her podcast "Pod Force One," Vance said he hasn’t had time to fully investigate but intends to dig in.
"I can’t allow myself to become so busy that I don’t get to the bottom of this. I will get to the bottom of this," Vance said.
The vice president said the topic often came up in conversations with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, noting that both men have long shared an interest in unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs).
"Marco’s actually very interested in this, too," Vance said. "We talked about this back in our Senate days. There’s certainly an interest there, but I haven’t yet had the time to really dig in. Things have been so busy. But all of us put the tinfoil hat on from time to time."
When Devine mentioned that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard had also expressed openness to the possibility of alien life, Vance framed his own view through faith and mystery.

Well said.
The Ultimate Prideful Act.
Lucifer's declaration 'I will not serve' was the first prideful act.
For those interested, Heiser re-examines passages about the divine council, sons of God, Nephilim, and the cosmic geography of spiritual powers — showing how these ideas form the Bible’s underlying cosmology. It’s an exegetical and linguistic study that affects how we read Genesis, Deuteronomy, Psalms, and Paul.
The Unseen Realm stands out precisely because of its scholarly rigor. Heiser was a trained Semitic linguist (Ph.D., University of Wisconsin–Madison) who specialized in the Hebrew Bible and ancient Near Eastern cosmology.
My ex in laws were definitely from another planet.
UFO sightings go back thousands of years in recorded history.
I heard an interesting synopsis. In the Old Testament, the fallen angels helped man create weapons of war. A spaceship traveling billions of miles and crashes into Earth. Why do they always crash? They do this on purpose, so the fallen angels can help man reverse engineer more weapons of war.
Of course he does. We are probably a "Wal-Mart" planet to him. Trannies, furries, people walking around in bathrobes and shower caps. Oh, and let's not forget Florida Man syndrome.
JD needs to get off the internet
See comment #14 above. Do they need to get off the internet too?
"Getting to the bottom of this" infers belief in Hell, and "spiritual forces" is an official statement of belief in the supernatural, which America's Founders rejected as atheists. Beliefs in aliens whose craft can make hairpin turns at speeds that defy the laws of physics is wholly acceptable however, under the premise that any apparently supernatural events can be explained as being natural. Such is the faith of atheists.
And there goes JD’s possible campaign for POTUS...gone in a puff of logic.
Since the late 70’s, I found a small 100 or so page paper explaining how and why UFOs and aliens were demonic/fallen angels. I shared it with my work mates who were very much into it. It angered them into unbelievable rage at me.
I was a brand new Christian at the time, but not a damned thing in that paper since I read it has been disproven since then. They are not here to help us. They deceive us. They’ve been doing so for thousands of years.
Some think the appearance of wonder-working entities allegedly from other planets would somehow destroy Christianity.
Some think that UFOs must be visitations by an advanced race of space travelers.
But there’s a better explanation.
Scientist and author Jacques Vallée says the facts do not support the “advanced race of space travelers” hypothesis...
This same Jacques Vallée “served as the real-life model for Lacombe, the researcher portrayed by François Truffaut in Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Vallée attempted to interest Spielberg in an alternative explanation for the phenomenon…

I believe they exist, whether actually there or in people’s minds, as a demonic psy-ops. Alien abduction might be used to rationalize the disappearance of Christians at the Rapture.
They didn’t say “spiritual forces”
Trump has said the same thing in a Trumpian way. See comment #14 above.
Got it.
Anyone interested in UFO’s needs to look up L.A. Marzulli. He has lots of material over them and other supernatural subjects.
Where in the Bible does that appear?
In 1997 an historic Alien Encounters Conference took place to offer a Christian perspective on the whole UFO phenomenon. It serves as a door opener to prepare the world for the great deception that may soon confuse the whole world. This event came about from many years of research on UFO sightings, reports of alien abductions, and the biblical struggle between good and evil. Dr. Missler and Dr. Eastman confront these subjects head on.

Most of the conference can be seen in these online videos. Here is a link to the playlist of the 6 videos:
