So @ best you are in the mold of the Pharisees who thought to teach the Word of God by whom all things were made about the Law and specifically the Sabbath. Or you are like the ones who corrupted the Word of God given to His church in Galatia by your Judaizing approach to Christian liberty through Our Lord Jesus. Romans3:31 and Roman’s 7 :7 states the Law is valid. Did Jesus come to destroy the Law? What were his exact words on the matter?
I know you and most others wish the Ten Commandments would just go away. The Law is forever, the Bible says so. The Law is perfect, the Bible says so. The Law is based on love just as God is. The Law is reflection of God’s character. I understand your desire for the RCC. Safety in numbers. Surely God would not condemn that many people is the thinking. All of the loopholes denominations look for to evade God’s Law. All of the excuses. All of the cutesy explanations and reasoning won’t hold up at Judgment Day.
