Internally, Tony Dokoupil and Norah O’Donnell are reportedly seen as top contenders for the “Evening News” slot.WOW, talk about a dearth of internal talent, no wonder ratings are in the basement. Hey I have an idea, NorDUH O'Donnell crashed the evening news ratings, let's bring her back to try again, maybe people forgot how dumb and biased she is.

Ha! If they think Fox viewers will switch to CBS to watch Bret Baer, they’re sadly mistaken.

Baier: “I’m flattered by all the press and everything like that, but I’m in a multi-year contract with Fox. I don’t know where everything’s going,” he said. “I’m signed onto Fox, very happy at Fox and, you know, we’ll see what happens at the end of that.” That would be stupid for Baier to do, leave Fox for CBS.
Just look at the cases of Chris Wallace and Megyn Kelly, and how the networks treated them after they left Fox. Sure, they had minor talents like Major Garrett, Margaret Hoover, Amanda Carpenter, Sarah Elizabeth Cupp, and Mary Katherine Hamm (the latter two who have returned) who left Fox and seemed to do okay.
But the top tier talent, the faces of the network? I don't think so.
