Then why isn't aspirin or Ibuprofen?

Tylenol doesn’t affect inflammation. That’s ibuprofen.

I did some research because I’m on blood thinners and Tylenol (acetaminophen) is one of the few non-opioid substances I can take for pain.

It turns out that, other than potential addiction, acetaminophen does far more damage to your body/liver than the opioids do.
