The Smithsonian is in occasional contact with the Head Crab of the Horseshoe Crab Council Of Elders, an organization that has existed for more than two hundred million years.

A strange thing about horseshoe crabs, they only live on the east coasts of the Asian and American (North and South) continents.

I’ve never heard a theory as to why they don’t live on the west coasts of any continent. They’ve certainly had enough time to discover them.
