Chicago Area Judge Rules ICE Agents Can Be Arrested

A federal judge in Chicago just made a decision that’s raising eyebrows — and not just among immigration officers.

In a move that’s already stirring debate nationwide, U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Cummings ruled that ICE agents — yes, federal officers — can be arrested if they take migrants into custody at Cook County courthouses without a proper warrant. Let that sink in for a second.

So, who’s actually in charge here — federal law enforcement… or local judges?

And if ICE agents can be arrested for doing their jobs, what kind of message does that send to those who aren’t even supposed to be here in the first place?

Most of the so called “House of Representatives” are part of the problem. They mostly get there from money provided by the enemy of free societies.

The Dem strategy is very consistent. Bait Trump et al into violating a court order, no matter how ridiculous. Win the House and use this as grounds for impeachment (knowing it will go nowhere in Senate). Continue to make the case that Trump is acting as an authoritarian violating the Constitution and win in 28.
If the Dems win presidency in 28, they will pack SCOTUS, eliminate the filibuster (if they get Senate), issue all sorts of ridiculous EOs, destroy economy, raise taxes, overspend on programs that generate kickbacks to themselves and their friends, round up and imprison their opposition.
Trump knows that he has to prevent Dems from taking over by any and all means. We know that the Dems MUST cheat to win, so if he can stop that, there’s no reason why these Dems should ever be able to get back into power.

I personally think that this and other rulings are intentional to bring more scrutiny on the USSC. I have seen a trend lately on assorted democrat-lefty blogs etcetera, and there seems to be a heightened push to discredit the court when there's a ruling made that supports Presidents Trump and his agenda. I believe that they realize the authority of the court is absolute and it's not acceptable to them. Therefore use ridiculous lower court rulings that are sure to be overturned and then claim the court is in Trump's pocket as a means to delegitimize the court.

I would guess the local LEO’s won’t try it. If so, the insurrection act might be declared. The Democrats are desperate for political suicide. Their actions appear to be those of someone who fears what will happen to them if they don’t do such outrageous things.

Since when does border enforcement require a warrant? If someone flies into the US without a visa or passport, is a warrant required to detain them, or to send them back?

Most people don't understand that AutoPen Biden's federal judge appointments [made by his nutter Lefty puppeteers] are a bunch of Lefty nutters.

I looked it up....HR can impeach, get trial .but then simple majority in HR can remove, but need 2/3 majority in Senate.

Maybe removal of a judge should be done differently, perhaps by Supreme Court review establishing illegal ruling by judge, with final approval by simple majority of those present for vote in HR, and 60% of Senators present for the vote.
In the meantime judge should be suspended and all rulings vacated subsequently starting with the ruling which triggered the impeachment.
