States Where it’s Almost Impossible to Prove Voter Fraud

When the election integrity laws are this bad, you almost wonder if it’s on purpose.

In New Mexico, it’s almost impossible to prove voter fraud. No proof of citizenship is required to register to vote, and no voter ID is required for in-person voting. For absentee voting, no photo ID is required to obtain an absentee ballot, no copy of a photo ID need be included with the returned absentee ballot, and there is no signature verification of the signature on the returned inner envelope.

Why does New Mexico have such slipshod laws? You can thank the Democrat-controlled state Legislature that has had single-party rule for decades. The last time Republicans held a majority if both houses of the N.M. Legislature at the same time was 1930. To state the obvious, if it’s almost impossible to prove voter fraud, it’s almost impossible to prove the accuracy of vote totals in close elections.

I was curious if there are any other states where it is also nearly impossible to prove voter fraud. Here are the results.

VOTER REGISTRATION

It’s illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections. One would therefore conclude that proof of U.S. citizenship would be a mandatory voting requirement for all federal elections — but it is not. Only 8 states require proof of citizenship in some form. One of those states, Ohio, requires proof of citizenship only if registering to vote at a DMV facility. These 8 states have faced ferocious legal opposition, and the proof of citizenship requirement has been blocked or not implemented in the majority.

I was surprised to learn that North Dakota has no voter registration. For the other 41 states and the District of Columbia, all that is required is a declaration that the applicant is a U.S. citizen.

Their electors should be rejected.

Q: If their base would vote for this, why does Deep State have to steal the blue bits’ elections...? 🤔

On the plus side, liberals are not reproducing themselves to replace themselves. They are losing approximately 1% of their population, while conservatives are gaining about 1/2% per year.

All the cheating in the world will not overcome the deficiency at some point.

We need to limit the ability of Democrats to buy votes by placing middle-class tax caps in the federal constitution.

Enter in bills for two constitutional amendments:

Levies on any residential property of less than 2799 square feet of finished living space shall be no higher than the 2019 dollar amounts for the property, or for a newer or since resold property no higher than what it would have been levied at for 2019 if it lacked owner specific tax breaks, increased by 3% per calendar year since 2019 and by any percentage increase to its finished living space.

Federal taxation on personal income shall be progressively capped as follows:
below 20% of the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 10%,
below 50% of the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 22%,
below the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 30%,
below the average federal full-time civilian employee compensation of the 100,000 largest recipients, 35%,
below the average federal full-time civilian employee compensation of the 10,000 largest recipients, 40%.

[Note 1: All percentages to include employee FICA and self-employment tax as they are income taxes.]
[Note 2: These are very close to the combined (1040 + employee FICA & Medicare) personal income tax rates now levied.]
[Note 3: Anything that the IRS would as of January 1, 2024 legally be able to collect income tax on if provided to any person would be considered compensation.]

Fighting in Congress to send middle-class income and property taxation cap constitutional amendments to the states would make Congress turn deep red come 2027.

Hand almost all of New Mexico back to Mexico. Keep just enough to elect two Republican US senators.

Hand the southernmost part of Texas back to Mexico.

That can be done by majority vote.

The Left may not be biologically reproducing, instead they’re indoctrinating nearly 100% of the young generations in the education institutions we’ve allowed them to corrupt.

That setup in N.M. is insansane. I can’t imagine how anyone could imafgine such a system being used. The votes from that state (for federal elections at least) should just be considered invalid & then I would think that the citizens would demand that actions would be taken.

Krnnedy carried New Mexico in 1960 by fewer than 4,000 votes. Gore carried the state by fewer than 400 votes in 2000.

You can’t demonstrate effort to avoid voter fraud, and illegals and people from other states voting twice, then your elections don’t count for national offices. You don’t get your electors seated, and they don’t count for Federal elections nor do they get seated for the House. Senate must be by state legislature appointment in these states. No voter integrity means limited voice in FedGov., and absolutely no Federal money or subsidies.

That’s what needs to happen.

Excepting that
1) Taxation is theft
2) If it can be taxed, YOU don’t own it

Reduce govt BACK to its lawful/Constitutional size/scope, THEN we can talk about what govt “needs” to ‘run’

New York.
Motor Voter laws, illegal aliens getting Real ID CDL licenses, no ID check to vote, you can register to vote when you get the license (again, motor voter), and then sign at voting time.
That’s it, that’s the only “check”, you sign when you vote.
And the signature touchpad is never good enough to capture the actual signature.
