I think it’s more that they know that Epstein’s links to security agencies (spy outfits) mean that the files can never be fully released, and they are using that to beat up on Trump, implying that he has personal reasons for not making the files public.

About Massie: he’s a loose cannon. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. I wish the Democrats had a few instead of marching in lockstep.
