Bill Nye warned No Kings protesters they are facing a possible “end of our republic” thanks to President Donald Trump and his “group of confederates.”
Nye was one of the speakers at a Washington, D.C. No Kings rally. The former host of the educational series Bill Nye the Science Guy received big applause from the crowd when he was introduced at the anti-Trump event, and he went on to accuse the current administration of not accepting “scientific fact.”
“We are confronting the possible end to our republic,” Nye told the crowd.

I saw a TV clip of local news about the march near me. 50% old white hippies. There was a trans-activist saying Trump wants to kill “trans” people...(we want to HELP trans people get in touch with REALITY and the hateful thing is to encourage their mental issues!).
Encouraging “trans” is like handing diet pills to anorexics and saying, “If you say you are obese, let me help you lose weight!”
And there was a Mexican guy saying he was marching “because I want my people to be free to live here without being harassed by thugs”! Yeah, well my LEGAL IMMIGRANT wife strongly disagrees, as do the kids I adopted from overseas (legally).
But the TV showed perhaps a few hundred people in a county with 1,000,000 so I don’t think it is anything other than the remaining MSNBC viewers blowing off steam.
They WERE the ones, that’s right.

And I saw that Biden (or whoever operated the autopen) gave Bill Nye the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Much like a stinking fart in a crowded elevator as he exited on January 4, 2025.
Think about this for just one second:
Both Bill Nye and Charlie Kirk were awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by a sitting President.
If there ever existed a cleavage point, somewhere on a political rock that you could strike with a hammer and chisel to cleanly divide Leftists and Conservatives, this is one of them.
LEFTISTS believe Bill Nye is FULLY deserving of the Presidential Medal of Freedom awarded by Joe Biden (ostensibly). That is what LEFTISTS see as deserving of that award. Conservatives reject it.
CONSERVATIVES believe Charlie Kirk, also a posthumous awardee of the Presidential Medal of Freedom awarded by Donald Trump, is fully deserving of that award. Leftists reject it.
If there ever existed an accurate political litmus test, I suggest this example would suffice.
