I wonder if he lied on any applications for the police academy, or any jobs? If I were an attorney, I would bring suit to dismiss any convictions. We locally had a deputy who was not a certified officer. All of his traffic tickets were dismissed, and so was the arrest of a 9 time drunk driver, who was driving on the sidewalk 2 blocks from a school at 3:15 P.M. This is a serious matter.

At a minimum, this man should be sitting in a prison cell for the same number of days he was in the country illegally.
