There’s so much jargon used, even in headlines like... So-and-so “dragged” so-and-so... what the heck does that mean?
I’m all too familiar with the metaphor/jargon.
But in the current environment a judge would have a hard time accepting that explanation when faced with a shrewd prosecutor.
The context is absolutely damning and it sounded well-rehearsed.
