Funny stuff... It likely comes to the same conclusion that all of the other dossiers on the Kennedy assassination have come to... Lee Harvey Oswald did it.

I would welcome any exposition on Oswald’s time in the Soviet Union.
I saw some show, I can’t remember where, that showed a handwriting “expert” commenting on Oswald’s “diary” while he was in the Soviet Union. The expert said that all indications were that Oswald wrote the thing all at once, and not strung out over a period of time, as the dates indicate. So, it is fake evidence and not a diary, at all.
I don’t say that I would take what the Russians say at face value, but our side has only given us the “grassy knoll”.

If the CIA had ever been competent, instead of failing to gather helpful intelligence during the Cold War because Russia was always one step ahead of them, they would have already had this file. But then again, if it says the CIA murdered JFK, then there’s no way they would have tried to get it.

I heard that the same document WAS previously handed over, like in the time of the Warren Commission, to the Clowns In America. It was likely destroyed, dog ate it, or they had a boating accident with it.
It wouldn't surprise me. Allen Dulles, an arrogant, incompetent a-hole was head of the CIA until his Bay of Pigs fiasco, and JFK forced him to resign. He was still around at the time of the Warren Commission, and LBJ appointed him to it. Dulles hated the Kennedys. It wouldn't surprise me if he played a roll in JFK's assassination, and getting rid of prime evidence like the Russian papers during the Warren Commission investigation. He repeatedly lied to Eisenhower and Kennedy during his time as Director.
