Jokes about her aside, what of her saying don’t come downtown if you don’t know how to behave? Who is misbehaving, and how do we realistically keep such people away from public places?

Dei hire on full display....she’s about as qualified to be police chief as I am to be a brain surgeon.

She’s one ugly heifer, and I mean that in the most unflattering, derogatory manner possible.

Police Chief Teresa Theetge responded by saying that people need to “learn how to behave” in the city.

Asking them to behave is like asking them to code.

Who is misbehaving, and how do we realistically keep such people away from public places? It's a large city. Who do you think is misbehaving?
You keep them away by:
1) Arresting them and prosecuting them when they misbehave.
2) Don't hold the sort of events that attract such people.

They should have kept James Craig when the had the chance.
Folks may remember that Craig went from Portland, Maine to Cincinatti and then Detroit where he laid down the law and cleaned up the city.

She spearheaded the department’s “30 by 30” pledge, which is to make sure 30% of the department are female officers by 2030.
Women make up more than 50% of the population in Cincinnati. The department now is 22% female, more than the national average of 15%, which Theetge is proud of.
The women can scold the ruffians .

Reminds me of the “no crime” sign.
