India hoes mad.
Oh, Happy, that's funny, and here's a hoe sold by Amazon, which is the top American company using H1-B visas. So one could argue it's a sort of India hoe.
President Trump is going to deport you back to India. Pack your bags, Raj.
Of course he won't. But then, you knew that.
Since I'd mentioned Amazon --- Here's some data on the subject:
"In 2025, Amazon emerged as the top employer securing H-1B approvals, with a total of 9,265 applications granted, according to data from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Cognizant Technology Solutions followed with 6,321 approvals, while Google obtained 5,364."Meta: 4,844 approvals

Pack your bags, Raj. Calcutta awaits your return.
However - we can recruit those guys directly in India.
We do NOT need to recruit 300,000 completely average H1B and OPT Asian Indians - EVERY YEAR - to find the 1% with elite tech and leadership talent.
Please keep in mind that Asian Indian American citizens mostly live in major USA cities and vote 70%-80% Democrat!
You used to call me "Ivan." Have you changed your meds? Or is it just a frontal lobe issue advancing?
They vote DemoRAT and refuse to wear deodorant.
I have no idea what your list of seven head lines and time stamps is supposed to mean.
Please explain.
Thanks.
All good posts.
Powers that be are turning America into a caste system.
So if an America STEM worker posts or complains about H-1b they are racist?
Stealing American jobs one visa at a time.

As to the topic of the thread, and given our Vice President's wife is of Indian background, here's a excerpt from an article, properly sourced.
"Unlike figures like Vivek Ramaswamy, who has embraced his Hindu identity, or Vice President designate JD Vance, a devout Christian whose wife is proudly Hindu, many Indian-Americans, who had hoped for a deeper cultural connection from someone with shared roots, have been disappointed. Harris's approach, some feel, lacks genuine cultural pride, coming across instead as shallow symbolism. So many pictures are not black or white, though some would have us think so. My grandparents all were Scandinavian, although "marcus" has toyed with calling me by faux-Indian and faux-Russian names, as is his level of discussion."As legal immigrants who followed a rigorous process, Indian-Americans generally support merit-based immigration but are wary of what they see as the Democratic Party's lenient stance on illegal immigration. Many waited years—sometimes decades—to gain legal status and are troubled by seeing people crossing the border illegally, receiving refuge, social benefits, and work permits. Additionally, the Democrats have repeatedly leveraged the status of skilled workers stuck in the lengthy immigration backlog to push for citizenship pathways for undocumented immigrants. This frustration is shared by many Americans who believe in a fair, lawful process and feel that the current approach undermines these principles.
Why Indian-Americans are breaking from the Democrats Fortune, 7 November 2024
On one of "his" threads this day, I commented:
( Circa 400 thousand H1-B visas / 159.54 million total nonfarm jobs ) x 100 [ to express as percentage ] = 0.25 % H1-B as a percentage of total nonfarm jobsWhipping up the crowds. That is why I listed marcus' day's work, to the time as detailed. Conservatives can disagree, unlike lockstep Democrats and the Left worldwide, and these problems President Trump is facing with us in mind are complex, not simple black-versus-white, which was a kid comic so long ago. Best wishes. In inverse of that would be -- 99.75 % of all nonfarm jobs have nothing at all to do with the whole thing. But headlines can sure whip up the crowds.
I have no problem with this administration dealing with the complexities of the whole visa system. I would see a temporary shutting down of the while thing, while corrections are made. President Trump and Vice President still get my vote in this difficult time. But I hesitate to call anything "stealing" when the rules of the American system are followed.
I have had the opposite experience, for having been contracted in some European countries "over" a local, in my time. Did I "steal" a German's or a Brit's possible contract? One can say so. I would say I competed and earned that contract. It is a matter of perspectives in a complex world, after all.
