Cities were better when the mob ran them
Obviously a fake story, but Las Vegas deserves the bad PR anyway, given all the other crap that they do.
People are gambling less.
BYOG. Bring your own generator. This is old news. LV hotels are charging extra for electricity use. Don’t be surprised if coin-operated TVs come back, too. The place isn’t worth any of this nonsense. The mob knew how to treat customers.
She wasn’t charged for the electricity, she was charged for the drinks or whatever was on the tray.
That’s why you get one of those dual sockets, so the tray can remain plugged in.
What is the wi-fi fee, I wonder
” ‘The tray isn’t attached to any electricity, the tray isn’t attached to anything, it’s just a plug.’ She explained that they had unplugged the tray to charge their phone...
So “they” had to UNPLUG the tray that wasn’t attached to any electricity so “they” could use the electricity the tray hadn’t been attached to, to charge a phone for FOUR days. (Hotel rooms have multiple electrical outlets per Code).
Options: 1) Too stupid to know she was contradicting herself; or, 2) Grifta boool sheeet.
It was better when the mob ran it. Things were free back then. They just wanted you at the tables.
Fuggedaboutit!
Was she too stupid to use any other plug in the room? or even the bathroom to charge the phone?
What the hell’s wrong with her... NEVER UNPLUG A MINIBAR!

Not just LV. I reserved a room in Maryland at a discount at one of the chain “suites” motels through Hotels .com or something. Upon entering, found television stand pulled out slightly from the wall and TV unplugged, so I plugged it in , may not even have watched anything. When I got my credit card statement, I found I had been charged full price for the room.
Las Vegas is a cruel joke at this time. Anyone going there is going to be fleeced from A-Z.
When the mob ran it, they at least let you have fun. Rooms and food were cheap, and so was the entertainment. Now, they charge you for literally everything.
Things would have been free for this Karen too, had she not unplugged the mini fridge for days.
Jeesh!
